Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile home goods are securely padded for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items arrive at our shop.
